DMB releases new skincare products once or twice every quarter. As a small business, the company leans heavily on social media and word-of-mouth promotion through influencers and online reviews.
Thoughtful social media—including pre-launch teasers, introduction posts, behind-the-scenes reels, how-to reels featuring Diana, and ingredient/old wives' tales posts—play a large role in the success of the product and are essential for engagement and building interest & audience.
